Formats Available

The attorney-drafted forms and documents are available in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat PDF, and Corel WordPerfect formats.  Older versions of the programs are used to create the forms so they can be used by both old and new versions.   The following versions are used.

• Microsoft Word 97 - saves files as Word 6.0
• WordPerfect Office 2000 - saves files in WordPerfect 6/7/8/9

You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print Judicial Council forms and the computer fill-in (PDF) forms created for this site.
